List of Primary Colours needed (with these you can make almost any colour):

• Titanium White

• Carbon Black

• Cadmium Red light or a cheaper option is Napthol Red

• Alizarin Crimson or Rose Madder

• Ultramarine Blue

• Phthalo Blue

• Lemon Yellow

• Cadmium Yellow Deep or a cheaper option is Arylide Yellow

List of other items needed:

• Canvas

• Various size brushes

• Mediums and Solvents for Oil Painters (ensure they are odourless)

• Flat Palette

• Palette knife (medium size)

• Paper Towels / Baby Wipes / Glad Wrap (to save paint for another day) / Cotton Buds

• Apron

• Gesso to prime your canvas before painting
