Painting Portraits - Inspired by French Artist Richard Burlet

WHERE: Cnr; Main Street and Auricht Road, Hahndorf…. Parking in C3 Church

TIME: 1pm to 4.30pm

Fee: $120

What to bring on the day;

• A good quality Reference picture of your own image of which to paint in the style of Richard Burlet, or if you wish or you can choose one of Burlet’s. ( If you do use one of her images it will be for study purposes only.)

• Canvas - works best on a wood canvas.

• The size of canvas is up to you - but keep in mind the time limitations

• Oil and Acrylic Paint

• Silver or Gold or Copper Leaf + plus Size (the glue used for Gold Leafing)

• Oil Painters must use Odourless Medium and Odourless Solvent

• Gesso

• Palette knives

• Painting Palette

• Various sized brushes

• Rags and paper towels

• Baby wipes

• 2 Jars with lids

• Cotton Buds

• Plastic bag (for your used paper towels and rags)

• APRON

• iPad or similar
